Website Redesign, California Academy of Sciences

The California Academy of Sciences wanted to refresh and redesign their current website. I worked with large multi disciplinarian groups of senior level staff and their departments, my team of managers, project producers and developers as well as an outside contractor and outside firm to help define, and identify user needs and business goals that would also support our brand. I also created wireframes, visual designs. Our aim was to create templates for Drupal that had enough unique qualities that would still be flexible enough to support the rest of our site.

This project is broken up into two parts. To read about my integral involvement in designing a section of the site that specifically targeted science enthusiasts, please see Explore Science Website Redesign.

Sitemap of Website Redesign:

I was integral in designing the Drupal templates we used for the website redesign. The website redesign was very large and very complicated with a lot of moving parts and sections. I designed the sections: About us, Get Involved and Explore Science.
